The online support site is divided into different sections (e.g. Client, Staff, Reports, Admin, etc) where each section has multiple articles for how-tos with images and videos. A search function is available to search for articles, and the articles are presented based on their relevance to the keywords.

Our modular architecture and use of the latest web technologies allow us to offer services that are scalable and customisable for each organisation’s specific requirements. -
Webcare Services provides role-based security to assign who-can-access-what, SSL security for end-to-end data encryption, two-factor authentication, and physical protection of servers under a five-star rated datacentre.
Webcare Ltd is locally owned and locally domiciled and performs full-data backups for data retention and disaster recovery. All your data stays in New Zealand and is hence protected by NZ consumer laws and follows best practices guidelines from NZISM. -
Yes! Webcare is fully customisable and can be configured for a multi-lingual user experience, such as integrating Te Reo Māori throughout the system.
